I saw those when they first came up for auction and thought to myself...that would be a nice addition ( of course they were only at $100.00 then). Then I saw the price elevator starting to rise and figured the same thing you did $2500-3000.

They do look extremely nice but I don't see a solid gold bar attached to them. I wonder if the guy is parting out his whole car? It too looks very nice.
