I had one stuck on my 235 exhaust manifold and soaked it with PB Blaster for about 3 day.In the mean time I was tapping it with a brass hammer. It finally gave way. Try this and I am sure someone will respond with other methods including heat. Good luck. :) :)

A good tool store or Sears Craftsman, Snap-on, Mack all have stud remover tools that aren't that expensive. If not that use the heat on the manifold around the stud base and use a good pair of vise grips. I find the liquids just don't work.

34 & 35 trucks are the greatest. 36 high cabs are OK too.

Here's a trick I use all the time to remove siezed in studs and even pipe plugs. With a really hot flame from your tourch, heat the stud to a cherry red as fast as possible and let cool for 5 or 10 minutes. The stud will almost fall out. The trick is the get the stud to cherry red as fast as possible so the heat can't soak into the base material. When the stud cools down from a cheery red (or hotter) the molecular structure shrinks. On the down side you can only do this once, it'll only shrink once. After that drilling will be a real problem because the stud will be harder than most drill bits.
