My '36 Master Deluxe Business Coupe currently has a rubber mat in the trunk area that I assume is just something that someone threw in there. Was the trunk interior originally painted the exterior color? And was the trunk "lined" with anything from the factory.

The trunk was lined from the factory. A while back someone posted pictures of the trunk area and its too difficult to explain. I haven't seen him on the chat site lately, will see if I can track him down.

Hi Bob, Does your 36 Deluxe Coupe have a rumbel seat ? If it does,I have been looking for some pictures showing the lid hinge brackets and it's mounting to the inside of the trunk area. Thanks, Easymoney.

The fellow that had the pictures was "fuzzy swede" and he was on the site a lot a while back. He had pictures of his 1936 Master business coupe trunk interior. It had at least one compartment on the side and was much more complicated then I would have thought. He may have gone south for the winter. I wish that I would have saved his pictures.

Hello Easy Money,
No, I'm sorry I cant help you. Mine is a 5-window Business coupe which means just a large standard trunk area.

Thanks Gene,
I sent FuzzySweede an email to check to see if he still had the pictures, but no response yet. Also, mine does have the compartment in the trunk (fitted into the side passenger panel) that I assumed was for the jack and some tools. Also, a panel on the left. But nothing more.
