I have started recycling my old car magazines. I invite you to do the same. I have taken them to retirement homes, Doctors offices, and barber shop. Don't get me wrong. I have kept every copy of the G & D that have ever been printed from day one. Just a suggestion.

What a nice thought! May be it could be possible to recruit more people to have interests in our hobby by such "spreadin' the news", even if they are old?

Neighors boss was in Iraq, with the Guard. She sent one of those large boxes to him and we included a bunch of Old Car Weekly magazines.

Some 'good soul' in our Region, not sure who - might be Assis Director Art Sell - knows how / where to send boxes of classic car / hot rod / street rod / any kind of car magazines to the guys in Iraq. Some of us have chipped in magazines; even old G and D's. Art says the car mags are wildly received. The guys "love 'em!!!"

Just some food for thought for our guys who are over there....

Bill.
