May I add, "I Got it & Love it!" :grin:

Great as always, especially with the new color ads, and articles by Ray, Chip & Gene. :whistle:

The cover car is beautiful. And the fun/informative articles are as always, enjoyable. I especially enjoyed the article on page 18.-21. Community Chevrolet Car Show.

If you look close at page 19, you'll see a nice look-in 1941 Coupe with the hood up {I B the proud owner of that car}. :grin:

Take a peak at the '61 Impala on pg. 18. is a beautiful and "newly" restored to perfection By Art C., one of my region homies. {car should have it's own coverage in G&D.}

My 41 coupe was parked next to the 41 "pick-up, owned by Conrad. A cool guy and a great car. That is a special car and Conrad keeps it very nice. Check out the vintage ski's on the special top rack, nice touch.

Then there's Mike K's. perfect Camero at the top of page 21. Another very cool guy and a PERFECT car, {word on the street is Dust does not dare drop on Mike's Camero} Mike is another homie from the So. Cal. Region. Mike's car should also be covered in G&D. Camero lovers would drool over his car.

As you can tell, the whole event was great. So Thanks S.F. Valley for always putting on a great show. {Now all I have to do is figure out how to keep Tom M. from judging my car next year} crazy

Any way great event, and a nice magazine that is fun to read, although I believe I established a record, cover to cover in way less that 30 min.

Enjoy!

auto My copy arrived yesterday, 12-6, in Rochester, NY. We have been having a substite carrier and everything has been arriving a day or two later than usual. For example, my hometown paper usually arrives on Thursday but this week it came today (Friday). I used to get my G&D anywhere from the 10th to the 15th of the month. I went to the PO a couple of weeks ago and complained about not even getting some of my Old Car Weekly magazines and miraculously, they started coming in two's!! I did get my neighbor's newspaper one day but it was printed in Arabic and I couldn't read it so I just carried it down to him! The day after we returned from our FL Thanksgiving vacation, I picked up my held mail and there were five pieces of mail in it that didn't belong to me. Anyhow, nice getting the G&D a little early - if it keeps coming!!! Beamer

My December G & D arrived today, Dec. 7, here in Lower Michigan. That's 7 to 10 days earlier that in the past when it historically would arrived between the 15th and 20th of the month.

Recieved mine Friday, Dec. 7. Seems like delivery dates are all over the place! I'm in Iowa, the northern neighbor of Missouri.

When dealing with USPS I'm thinking there's some things that just can't be explained.

In your case, maybe your mail delivery person is jealous of that gorgeous Corvette and just made you wait a few extra days!

auto curse

Keep in mind, the delivery dates were all over the place when they were mailed from Cali also... Who knows?? Maybe "The Shadow Knows..."

Bill.

Now that you mentioned it Bill, my mailman does like the Corvette!!! Overall, it appears the delivery time is quicker. Probably won't get any mail tomorrow as there is a huge ice storm bearing down on us....no Vette rides tomorrow!
