Hi Guys,
Here it is 11-29-07 and I mentioned a cut off date for orders by 12-1-07. So far I have 75 copies requested. My guess is that will be close to the final number. I will get 125 printed and that will be it for 2008. At that volume the piece part cost is $10. The final cost to your door is as follows:
1 Calendar = $11.58 shipped
2 Calendars = $22.26 shipped
3 Calendars = $32.77 shipped
Orders greater than 3 I will contact you via email.

By the way,
I ended up changing the calendar, so the October page in my breifcase is not correct. I will upload that page tonight.
It turns out the photo of the great looking 1970 Impala did not reproduce well enough when printed.

By the way, I had the printer quote 8000 of these and the price went down to $1.95!!!
Too bad the club could use this somehow and we all could have $2 calendars!

I would suggest that you inform the BOD if the price facts! Maybe Mike W and his Committee can think of a promotional benefit of the calendars. Maybe sell them to businesses who would put their business information on them and send to their customers (also sending the promotional photos of VCCA cars and trucks with an application form attached)?
Can't wait to get mine.

This is always a fun thing to do and you guys make it very rewarding for all of us. I sincerely hope we can do this on a much larger scale for 2009. In case you didn't see my previous posting, if we order 8000 of these, the cost drops to just $1.95 each. That's a $2.00 calendar, maybe 10000 would put it under $1.50 - I don't know?
Anyway, at that price we could sell them (or hand them out) at swap meets, shows, Hersey, etc. What a great tool for promoting the club!
