A friend gave me a pair of NOS fender spears because they had '39 Chev truck' written on them and I have a 39 pickup. However they aren't for a pickup that vintage. One is still in the GM wrapper and the part number is 1-4614937. I looked in several 6 cylinder parts book and couldnt find that number. I wonder if they are a non-chevy GM product. The spears are about 4 feet long, 1 inch wide, and pointed at both ends and have a very slight curve to them. Those are approximate measurements going by memory. I can get the exact number if that helps.

They are 1952 DeLuxe 2 door rear fender (quarter) side mouldings. They fit 2 door, coupe, convertible and Bel Air styles, and right and left are the same. Often damaged and very difficult to find. That number was used up to 1959. In 1959 the mouldings were packed with the retaining clips and numbers were all changed. The later number was 3759581. I will give you four times what you paid for them :)
