Does anyone know how many 1932 Chevrolet Roadster Pickups were made. They have the same front end as a 1932 chevrolet confederate coach. Also what the worth of one might be. Also has anyone ever seen a factory picture of one or one thats been restored to the orig. Thank You for any help.

The generally accepted number for 1932 Chevrolet Roadster Pickup US production is 464 units. Don't have numbers for those built in Canada or overseas.

I currently own an unrestored '32 RPU and owned another for over 30 years. It was restored twice. I have a bunch of photos if it that are not organized. Pictures of it appear in several publications and it was used as the model for the production of the 1931 model by Danbury Mint. I also own an unrestored 1931 RP
U that is a collection of pieces.

Neither of the two units in the links by Solan correctly depict an original '32 Roadster Pickup. The first one is a hot rod based on using parts from a reproduction of the 1932 Roadster by Experimetal. It uses the Roadster body thru the doors and then some made to fit back of the cab and box. It is not even close to the original produced by Chevrolet. The other, Australian?, appears to be made from a '31-'32 Chevrolet Touring with the back half of the passenger compartment modified into a truck box.

At least one factory photo of a '31-'32 Roadster Pickup exists. Likely it is a prototype or early production that may not be entirely correct depiction of actual production. The originals DO NOT have the same front end as a 1932 chevrolet confederate coach!
