Would someone please tell me HOW to pull a 1932 steering wheel. I have the horn button and associated parts removed. Thanks

Hi John: I asked the same question in July and not suprisingly, I got two great replies right here on the "Chevy Chat Forum"!!!
Chipper's answer: "If you are looking for one to remove a late 20s to mid-30s then stop looking. Tap the horn holes with a 10-32 tap and use a modern two arm puller, long machine screws and some washers. Snug the puller then rap the center bolt on the puller. The wheel will loosen. The contraption pictured in the Service News just buggers up the bottom side of the wheel hub."
There you go! I'll try this once the snow starts to fly! Sounds like the bestest & safest way to avoid damaging those fragile old wheels! Now I just have to order the Eastwood Steering Wheel Repair Kit! Tom T.
