Nice find Gator!
$2100.00 and counting. I can't remember the last time I saw a Deluxe 2 door with side mounts.
Hey JYD...notice how the double stitch is ABOVE the inside door handles. On the Spt Cpe it's BELOW the handles! Also that "V" is not a vee, but a noticable dip. Boy did Hampton get it wrong!
Hey...I don't see the headlight main support bars...? But still a neat find! I love that barn fresh stuff!

Cowl lights, chrome hood vents, duel side mounts sure is a sweet looking project...

What is the story with the rear view mirror? Did Chevy ever have an accessory like that?

$2300+ wonder what it will go for?

Gator.
Do you mean the outside mirror? It looks like a Auto Store special, although it doesn't appear tinted. I have a box full of them. Need any?
I don't think the price will go over $4,500. Let's all play "The Price is Right"...!

So Chevy never had an attached outside rearview mirror? They sure are handy when driving...

The only genuine Chevrolet accessory outside mirrors used in 1932 were the Trico sidemount mirrors. laugh laugh laugh laugh

Is there a picture of these mirrors somewhere? Service news? Bill's site?

Are there any reproductions for sale?

Yes, and I think that we talked about this over a year ago. The mirrors are featured in the accessory catalog, service news, film strips and other pieces of literature. There are no reproductions for sale......yet. laugh laugh laugh

Grinch: I don't think that is Gator's car. He just posted a link to the car that was for sale on eBay so that whoever might be interested in the car could see the auction. laugh laugh laugh

Well...I was close without going over, so I guess I win!
That reserve stuff is for the birds...After all that fuss, it's not sold.
...Hey Gator did you add that extra $1.00 to seal the deal?
