Does anyone have tips on setting door and vent flat glass
into door channel?
Setting tape or silicone?
Should you use a Clamp to set glass into channels?
Thanks any comments would be appreciated.

Use setting tape and the Filling Station sells it. Don't use a clamp. When I bought my tape it came with instructions. It also comes in two sizes so make sure you are buying the coreect size. Run your tape in the glass channel and then use a Q-tip soaked in motor oil and swab it on the tape. After the tape is oiled then insert you vent glass or door glass and let it sit for a few day in sun and the tape will expand. After the tape has expanded then trim the excess tappe from the edge. I hope this helps...Oscar wink wink

Focus, I can't remember if you put the oil on the metal first or the tape but the instructions will tell you.

Thanks,
Good information I will try them not sure as to what you mean by size.... Is it the thickness of the tape or width?
Where would you find this information?

I think it is the width. If you order it from the Filling Station ask for Jerry Kassis or Kevin and they can steer you in the right direction as far as size. It is fairly an easy job. Good luck...Oscar

P.S. Hey JYD, your not keeping Jerry hostage in one of your kennels are you? bigl bigl bigl

Nope, because he is the dude that I deal with when ordering parts from the Filling Station. Got to keep him around for awhile.
