chrome will : chip, scratch , fade.....stainless is forever and any scratches can be polished out.

Ask about replating a single or pair of chromed bumpers today.....its gotten to the point where its scary $$$$$$$$

chrome is correct, stainless would be a good choice and when polished properly can be as nice as chromed.

I have a 31 canopy express- there are two bumpers in the front.and I believe they were painted with silver paint. I was planning on using either a powder coarting or por-15 silver paint. Anybody have any ideas to the accuracy.

To be accurate just the face of the bumper is polished chrome. The top & bottom edge as well as the back side are silver...Joe
