Working on a 34 Master sedan. The wire that holds up the headliner ,what can you replace it with ? Mine is all but gone and I haven't found anything online .Even the upholstery company that I talked to earlier could'nt help with it.
The trim that goes around the top of the seat looks to be wood , but was wrapped with something . Its still attached ,maybe when I pry it off it'll become self evident . Is it a thin strip of bent wood or a piece of cane ? The gal that's doing my interior wanted to know . Is there a particular type of material used to cover it ,or just wrap it with the same stuff as the seats and nail it back down. Thanks,Ivan

go to your welding supply and get welding rods about the same size you may have to weld two together as they are not long enough . as for the seat trim if you buy a hampton kit you would get a hidem trim it nails on and folds over to hide the nails has caps on the ends that nail on it is the color taupe if you are not using the original color material then you will have to cover the old piece hope this helps
