I am doing some work on our early production 1932 1/2 ton panel again, and need some help in making some missing interior trim parts. The early panel does not have a cowl vent, and uses 1930 head lights, light bar, fenders, running boards and aprons the hood, radiator and front apron are 1931 the spark, choke and throttle cables are like the 1930, 31 cars they are not grouped together as a 1932 would be in the center of the cowl the the tail light is 1931,32 steel. I have a 1932 panel truck brochure but it does not show enough of the interior to help. I would like to make these pieces so I could have a complete panel, and start on a full restoration. It just makes it so much easier to start reatoring a car or truck when you have all of the correct and missing parts. There are sometimes when I think a registry would be a good thing to have in our club to help out members who need help in restoring there cars or trucks. A couple of years ago I sent out several letters to owners of 1930 Club Sedans that were listed in the current VCCA roster each letter went out with a self addressed stamped envelope each letter had just a few questions that could have been answered on the reverse side of the paper inclosed and no one bothered to answer at all, I know that we are all busy in our every day lives. Thank you. Larry

Larry,
I can't help with patterns for the interior trim. Hopefully someone has them and will help.

You stated: The '32 panel

uses 1930 head lights
. Actually it uses the same headlight as the 1931 trucks. Looks like the '31 passenger but bucket is steel and painted black. Rim is chrome plated.

And:

the spark, choke and throttle cables are like the 1930, 31 cars they are not grouped together as a 1932 would be in the center of the cowl
The cables are positioned exactly the same as 1931 models with the addition of the minifold heat cable in the center of the dash above and between the speedometer and Water/amp gage.

They are minor points but I am sure you want it right so mentioned them.
