I am in the process of getting my 1950 Fleetline back on the road and one of the first things that I need to do is get the combination vacuum assist/fuel pump rebuild with diaphragms that will stand up to the alcohol based gas that I will be forced to use in it. I'm looking for suggestions on where to send it for rebuilding or where to order a kit if I decide to rebuild it myself, thanks Gary

You can order a rebuild kit from the Filling Station in Lebanon, Oregon. Go here for their online catalog: www.fillingstation.com

wink :)

Depending on the degree of originality you are striving for, the easy way out of this is NAPA, I bought the new pump there for $57.00 and no shipping and handling. I love the "Filling Station" but any time I can save S&H and get the part in 24 hours I will do it, then I can spend the S&H on parts only the "Filling Station" has. talk talk talk
