I have a 1931 roadster and I am trying to find the rubber stops for the doors stops. I've tried BowTie, I&I Reproductions. I don't know what they look like. Most want to give me the stops for a closed bodied car. Any ideas of where to look?

If it isn't broken, fiddle with it anyway so you have something to repair.

You may want to try www.steelerubber.com. I have purchased items from them and they are well made.

I made mine from a large rubber stopper that I bought at my local hardware store. It had the right hardness, could be cut with a sharp knife and when frozen in the freezer could be sanded smooth. One stopper was enough to make both sides and a bunch cheaper than purchasing them. They worked for the 20 years I had the vehicle.

I might have some of the roadster/phaeton rubber bumpers in stock. I would have to look.

I also have some new roadster floor pans and other roadster sheet metal in stock as well.

:cool2: wink

If you have 4 that would be great.

There were two different types used. I have some of each. How many of each do you need?
