Looks like you still have your splash pans! I like that! Frames the engine nicely and helps to keep the dust out of the breather slots in the valve cover too.

Yes, I bypassed the heater since interior is warm enough from the engine.

I am curious, do you think your cylinder head might have been used on a '29 at some point in the past since it has a plug where the temperature sending unit usually goes? When we track down these parts to put our cars together some of those parts may have had another life.
I agree It is a great looking engine bay. A deluxe model with dual side mount spares - nice. I saw the other pictures of the rest of your car. Looks like a nice survivor. Car shows and tours are a lot more fun if you don't have to worry about polishing the fender all the time. My '29 coupe has a brush paint job from 60 to 70 years ago. Still runs though.
