You might check with the Model A suppliers. They might have something very close.

MACs, Labarron Bonney, Schneider's are good places to look for the metal roof trim. I was fortunate as I found some NOS trim for a '31 Buick that matches the Chev.
I purchased my roof trim from Macs for a perfect match for my '35 Stude.
