Hello Jason1929, Thank you for coming and checking us out.
This would be a good place to find a new home for any original mechanical parts that may have come with your project if you had any. Those parts would not bring a lot of money to fund your "build", it is more of trying to get them to someone who could actually use them to keep their old car functional.
As for turning it into a rat rod this is not really a forum that would be very appreciative of that since its main focus is mostly original automobiles, and their restoration. The Hamb, or some forum like that would be a better source of information for that style of conversion.
