VCCA Home Forums Thread Like Summary - Information please 1927?

So my friend just took delivery of a soft top coupe. It was advertised as 1926, however one of the photos was of a Capital tag. I believe it is a 1927 although we couldn't find the tag on the car. Is the engine 1928? Could this be the original engine? Thanks
