Again well done. The 2nd draft is more defined than the first but we dont want to define too much or we could find we have painted ourselves into a corner. Most of this type document I have seen have several grey areas (loopholes).
I agree with Ken48 you have done this before.
I have no further problems since you clarified that question I emailed you about.

I have to agree with Ken48 this is not a first for you.
Lets run with it and if at a later date we find (loopholes) as tonyw mentioned we can go back and revise them.

The by-laws look great and as said by others they can be changed or added to later if needed, so if we need it "I second the motion"; now what do we do to move to the next step? epi you have done a great job, thank you.

With 31 guys signed on as charter members of this Chat Chapter, 20 have endorsed the By-Laws as written.
37Blue has motioned that we accept the By-Laws as written and Louis C. has seconded the motion.
