This is off the one liner issue but I was not sure where to ask. JYD... others? I have been going to an oil change place for almost 20 yrs. Under new mgt 2 yrs ago. I always check the oil after, and have always marked the oil filter with paint so it had to be changed. I asked the guy in the pit if he got all 6 grease fittings, and he said "yes". After it stopped raining today I checked under the vehicle- none of the fittings were greased. I called mgt. and let them know of the problem and let them know in compensation the oil change should be gratis.. The mgr. apologized and I will have the vehicle greased on Mon. Should I stop here or call the corporate office and have the goob fired??
