let me tell ya about the chesapeake bay. the entire state of maryland, even those souls west of the eastern continental divide, even those with septic systems, will, starting jan 1 2006, be paying a $30/yr flush tax to support the clean-up of the bay.there a quite a few western marylanders vehimently opposed to the tax, which is almost certain to increase as the years go by. mike
