Hello All,

How can you be so harsh? I saw this car in Porto Rico and everyone loved it! You don't have to wonder who is hiding on the other side of the car because you can see under it. This is a real plus to some of us.

Now lets take another look!

What more could you want?

No doubt about it, it's an Impala. Errrr, it WAS an Impala. Not sure what IT is NOW!!!

Careful MM. I'd think you'd get into one whale of a lot of 'trouble' from your fellow 'old car lovers' here in CC if you were to actually put those wheels on a '28.

Even if I put double wide all white NONSKID 4.50 x 21 tires on it, and nickle plated the rims?

The current trend (fad) for the young is to try and make their cars look like the tiny toy cars (ie: Tootie cars or whatever...).

Oh come on Mack!!!!!

That abomination sitting up in the air with those silly wheels isn't any more of an Impala than you are!!!

Give me a break!!!!!

And what's that about an "SS" ???

What ARE you talking about.....???

Bill42, don't be silly, There is a nice Impala on top of those windmill wheels, it just would take a minimum amount of time and parts to have it back to normal, I believe his talk about a "Secret Mod. to the suspension" is pure bunk, to justify the overly inflated starting bid price..... about glueing on a SS to make it a Super Sport Impala, It isn't necessary to do that in order to have a nice Impala,

An Impala is much like me, quick, a thing of beauty, useful, and impressive!! wink

Doggie Doodle is always right, I am not really bothered about that either. bigl bigl bigl

I'm thru with this car and all the bull-o-knee. I'd be willing to bet the sheet metal and paint are as bad as the whole project is stupid looking. Except in PR, according to my buddy John in Alpharetta.

I have to agree that the whole project is stupid looking. However, Boyd Coddington would probably love it though! :( :( :(
