Did you say that the 35 chevy crank was 33.1250 inches from the engine end to the first 105* bend, how long was the stroke of the crank? looks like one would need a bushing on the bumper to keep the alignment correct and not damage the radiator.

I WONDER IF THE EARLY STARTING CRANKS HAD THE ROTATING HANDLES LIKE THE 31 AND 32 STARTING CRANKS. ALSO WERE THE FOUR CYLINDER CRANKS ALL THE SAME LENGTH???? :confused: :confused: chevy chevy :confused: :confused:

From about 1918 to 1928 the starting cranks were the same length. In 1928 lengthened the crank to reach the engine. Worked on the '29 and '30s also. Then back to the shorter crank until '34. The earlier 4 cylinders had a two or three piece crank. Not sure about early 6 and 8s yet.
