No,

I don't think I will have the time off to go. I sure wished I could. Are you going?

Howdy Jim

Not 100% sure if I can make it. I have a conflict with my job, but I sent in my deposit money & made hotel reservations.

I am also a bit concerned about the 2 day drive in the heat. I have a great 41 but what worries me is the avg. temps in July. Nevada's avg is 106 & Utah is 101.

I am currently assisting with the meet in a small way & I would like to be in Colorado for many reasons such as meeting some of the people who have been so helpful to me over the past year.

And I have my fingers crossed.
Michael

Jim, do you guys in OC have any events planned ?

My region is planning a drive trip/tour down towards San Diego in a few weeks. There's more posted on our web site, socalvintagechevy.com.

Oh I am still waiting for my judging info, but form the news on the chat site I may never see it now. Oh well.

Happy Motoring
Michael

Michael,

We are talking about a trip out to the train museum in Perris, CA. We haven't picked a date yet. As soon as I hear more I will let you know.

HI guys,

All of the Orange Co. and San Fernando meet results are sent. Here is what had to be done.

Some of the forms needed certificates signed and printed, which I did. I also had to have Russ Heim, our National Awards coord. to send a few Preservation Ovals out to members because Larry was short some. That has been taken care of.

I had two which needed another certificate due to my printer having two for lunch. We should be all set. It will never take this long again, you have my word on that.

Let me know if any Area 1 meet items still need attention. Thanks for your patience.

Scott, thanks for the update.

I respect and I believe I can appreciate the tasks, challenges, chores and duties of judging and the responsibility that accompanies the position.

I also appreciate your new commitment, "this will never happen again."

As of today, March 14, 2006 I have recieved no information regarding the September, 2005 meet, in case your keeping track.

Cordially,
Michael Welch

Yesterday I received the engraved plate to attach to my HPOCF board from the NW Meet held in August 2005.
