Hey All,

I'm putting a 1935 1.5 ton flat bed back together and need to find a steeing column and steering wheel. Aparrently some kids got to mine after the cab was removed and the chassis was left out in a field. Now it looks like a pretzel.

Any info on where I might find one or other chevy models that can be swapped out would be appreciated.

The sttering gears on all 1933, 1934 & 1935 1/2 TON & 1.5 TON trucks are the same. Steering gear asm less mast jacket, wheel & horn button p/n 261351.

34 & 35 trucks are the greatest. 36 high cabs are OK too.

R.

I may have a steering column assembly from a 33. I will have to dig though the "pile" but will try this weekend. I may have a steering wheel as well, but think it has cracks.

I have repaired many of this style wheels using "Marine Tex" Epoxy.

I will try to locate them on Saturday.
