Hi kordon_capone, Send me some pictures by email and find all the numbers you can find on the engine block, the head, and the small rectangular tag on the end of the seat riser. Also any numbers on the title and or Bill of Sale.

The 28? you have looks to be one that Jim Kimble of Fort Wayne, IN and a friend of mine Howard Dunlop of Plymouth, MI, built about 15 years ago. Howard gave all the left over parts from the donor car to "Oldi" Neat little runabout!

Howard Dunlap passed away about 4 years ago and Jim Kimble was about 80 years old about that time, but was in good health. Jim had an auto repair garage in Fort Wayne for many years. When he retired he kept the garage and worked on collector cars, helping others. I tried calling his home today, the phone is no longer inservice! I don't believe you would get much more info. As he bought the parts and assembled them.
