Hi ,can anyone tell me what Chevy used the Carter-RJH-08 carb or was it even used for a Chevy.It has PATD-12-5-16 and 4-17-17 no other markings except for a brass tag which I can`t decifer yet. Thanks to you for the help! chevy

My guess is 1929 through 1931 but I'm not the expert on carburetors.

Tom, the RJH08 Carter Carburetor was use from 29-31, the RJH08 came in three models the 125S,136S and 150S these were updraft carbs and I believe that Chevrolet went to downdrafts in 32. The little brass tag could be the model #tag. chevy bigl bigl
