OP TOM P. Grease Monkey Joined: Dec 2001 Posts: 22 N.Y.	Hi ,can anyone tell me what Chevy used the Carter-RJH-08 carb or was it even used for a Chevy.It has PATD-12-5-16 and 4-17-17 no other markings except for a brass tag which I can`t decifer yet. Thanks to you for the help!

29chevy Backyard Mechanic Joined: Dec 2001 Posts: 316 El Cajon Ca	Tom, the RJH08 Carter Carburetor was use from 29-31, the RJH08 came in three models the 125S,136S and 150S these were updraft carbs and I believe that Chevrolet went to downdrafts in 32. The little brass tag could be the model #tag. See the USA in a Vintage Chevrolet
