How old are the tires?

I’m not sure, I received them when I purchased the car. The car was restored in 2014-15 and I was told it was then that they were replaced with radial tires

Based on the cracking in the sidewalls I figured they were at least 10 years old, probably a lot more. What does it look like between the treads?

You might have better luck just selling the wheels. They look to be in pretty good shape. And a lot easier to ship!
