Had a VVCA member email me about a Canadian Pontiac that he had and since it had a Chevrolet engine, could it be entered at a Regional Meet?

I am reasonably sure it can be displayed. It would be an interesting comparison to Chevrolets. It can't be judged for originality. It would ultimately be up to those in charge of the meet.
How Sweet the roar of a Chevy four!

What year is this Pontiac? If it is from the early '50's and has an original 6 cylinder engine it will not likely be a Chevrolet engine. Canadian Pontiac 6 cylinder engines of the early '50's were known as "L" head engines.

If I remember correctly the Canadian 2+2's in that time period did use Chevrolet engines. The much older Pontiacs' (30's & 40's) were a lot more similar to the U.S. Chevrolet's of that era.
