So, I found this in with a bunch of odds and ends that my dad had in a coffee can with the '31 Sedan. Looks to be an adapter for the old Alemite grease fittings to the newer style. Most of the old grease fittings on the sedan were changed out long ago, and I have replaced the ones remaining with the newer style. Other than keeping the car original, is there an advantage to the Alemite fittings? If I don't go back to the Alemite fittings, is anyone interested in this adapter? PM me if you are.

That adapter has the advantage of having a thumb screw on it to put it on and off. The one I bought needs an eleven sixteenth wrench.

Yours looks easier to use.
