Does anybody have an original envelope that held the valve stem extensions for the PO2 hubcaps? If you have one, could you take some pictures for me? Any help is greatly appreciated.

covers ?

No extensions for hubcaps.

Yes, the optional full hubcap for Corvette (and probably for full sized car optional hubcaps) needed an extension. BTW - your avatar shows what looks to be a 1951 Trophy Blue 2 door coupe. I have the same car!
