If you have the tanks and they are re-usable might be best to have it re-cored.

I don't have an existing radiator so that won't work for me

You might peruse ebay for someone parting out a 37 truck if you're not already doing that.

All I can offer is an original '37 Master (GB) radiator that does need re-cored. The tanks are good. I doubt if it will fit your truck.

Not sure about US trucks but Aus truck and car radiators are different in core length.

Tony,

Thanks for the additional information. I know they are different part numbers so did not expect a direct interchange.

However, if the tanks are the same a longer core could be installed.

The major problem is the incorrect length core is the side straps wont fit correctly and you wont be able to use the hand crank handle with the longer core.

Based on my interpretation of the parts manual 1937 radiators are unique for that year only.

That's what I was afraid of. Man. There's a few NOS harrison radiators right now on ebay. I wish the 38 would fit.

Can anyone tell what the dimensional difference is and maybe mounting holes. I'll check the internet but if someone has a book handy that would be awesome

Have you tried calling Rocky Mountain Relics in Colorado? They have a truck of your era listed in their inventory on their website: http://rockymountainrelics.net/

Fingers crossed for ya! Dean

Thanks Rustoholic

I called them yesterday and he said he does have a 37 out there on his ranch but won't be going out there till next week. I'm supposed to give him a call to remind him to go take a look at it and if it's Salvegable well figure out the rest later.

Maybe I'll get lucky...... I doubt it tho

Noye that there were three different 1937 truck radiators. Example, a 1///2 ton is not the same as a 1 1/2 ton.

That 2 tons radiator wi not fit the 1/2 ton. I do not know the actual differences but expect it is physically larger in multiple dimensions.

Someone mentioned a 37 car radiator might fit. So i guess if anyone has a nice car radiator I'd be interested in that as well
