I saw this on craigslist this morning. I suspect it'll go fast.

If I had room, I'd get it in a heartbeat! Imagine using that COE as the tow vehicle for a trailer with an even older Chevy on the trailer!

What a rig!

It seems that the freebie has moved to Oregon and is now for sale for $1000.

Here's the ad with more pics: https://portland.craigslist.org/clk/pts/d/kalama-1948-stubnosed-chevy-truck/7588322387.html

Sounds like someone picked it up for free only to find it was too much work for them and are now trying to make a profit.

Don't know if I would call it profit after the cost of hauling it. More like trying to cover expenses seeing the distance and cost of fuel on the west coast-and elsewhere.

It was originally about 30 miles from me. No room and to old to take on that kind of project.
