I was trying to adjust the brakes on my 32 sedan,I did it a couple of years ago and all went fine. I loosened jam nut rotated wheels and turned adjusting screw till I felt slight drag on wheel and tightened jam nut. Breaks worked fine but seems to need adjusted again. I was rotating wheel but it turned easily for a bit then got harder to rotate and then loosened again. This happened on all 4 wheels,I dont understand what is going on so I made no adjustments. Can anyone explain what may be happening? I dont feel confident to start from the beginning and adjust the whole brake system.
