Hi everyone! I’m trying to purchase a carb rebuild kit for my Rochester 7003536-C-31 that came off my 1949 Chevy 1/2 ton truck. It has a 1960 235 engine. Any help will be greatly appreciated!

You can always edit your post after it is 'live' to take care of typos. I am guilty of this behavior.

Hi Dean,

I definitely use the edit function if I notice my errors soon after I post, especially if no one has responded.

Napa shows one available, part number CRB25258 for $46.

I have also used Carb Junkys, at 1-770-457-8570 with good success.

Unfortunately, 7003536 is not a valid identification number. It is the casting number for a "blank" casting that was then machined a variety of ways, and used on a number of different carburetors.

Jon.

Good carburetion is fuelish hot air
