To remove the outside door handle, carefully peel back the rubber weatherstripping on the trailing edge of the door directly behind the handle. That will reveal a steel "tab". Using a flat-blade tool, carefully pry out on that tab. That will cause the attached locking plate to slide out toward you. When it has come out as far as possible, the handle should be able to be removed out of the door. If the tab refuses to budge, it is likely rusted into place - squirt some rust remover or penetrating oil into the space around the tab and let it sit for some time, then try again.
For the door locks, removing the inner door handle, window regulator and arm rest will allow you to remove the inner door panel. You will need a special tool to remove the door and window handles. The inner door panel is fastened to the door with nails, screws and clips. When you get it off, you will find an access cover fastened to the door with sheet metal screws. Take it off. Now you can get at the locking mechanism to remove it.
