OP ToddHendrickson Shade Tree Mechanic Joined: Apr 2017 Posts: 104 Woodstock, Il	1928 4 cyl, the exhaust manifold to exhaust pipe has apparently an asbestos rope gasket as a seal (see picture). Doing my restoration now, what have you guys been using to replace that rope seal? Also, how do you guys recommend refinishing the cast iron manifold? Attached Images
