I have a 1986 GMC Sierra Classic with aftermarket wheels. I'd like to know the options on factory wheels, and any advice on suppliers? Thanks!

The factory Rally Wheel is a nice looking choice for your truck. 15 X 8, 5 lug (2wd), 6 lug (4wd). They use a center cap and a trim ring to complete the package. I think I have one 5 lug and several 6 lug wheels and some misc. center caps. You should be able to do a Google image search and see what they look like.
