You didn't say which engine version you have but it looks like another manifold, carb and a couple of hours, drain the coolant disconnect the vacuum, linkage fuel and any other lines to the manifold, remove the distributor, asuming it is interfereing with removal of the intake remove four bolts and or nuts, then remove the intake and redo the gaskets and replace the intake up with the changeover manifold and carb, if you don't know what you need it looks like you should take the car , lots of frogskins and your needs to see a good reliable SBC mechanic shop. The dual exaust probably can be taken care by the local mufffler shop you will need a stack of frogskins for the muffler shop also.

The ideal thing to do is to find a 1974-76 400 4 bbl. SB engine and swap the 4 barrel carb. intake and air cleaner -and linkage.

The exhuast would best be done at a muffler shop.

The stock big 2 Bbl. carb. will feel faster at lower speeds-the 4 Bbl. better at higher engine speeds-but neither one will make a ball of fire out of that engine. Its rather choked off with emission improvements such as the cam and low compression ratio.
