My 1932 Chevy appears to be green with black fenders. I looked on the tag and the trim No is 17 and from what i can figure out the paint number shows # 93. What would be the trim color and the paint color.

The paint color for 93 is as follows:
Lower Body - Cairo Green
Upper Body - Cairo Green
Stripe - Karnack Green
Wheels - Karnack Green

Trim 17: Taupe Mohair

Thank you. I have been off-the net for a while. My wheels look like a cream color, Is that original? If not, what color is that called? You mentioned Stripe, Where is that at? I am guessing someone has done some kind of paint job on it in the past.

The cream colored wheel and stripe color is called "Cream Medium". It was used from 1930 into the 1950s.
