Hello all,

I have a 14 camaro that the key is getting stuck in ignition. to get it out i have to turn the key on and off and hit shiftier button some times two or three times before i can get the key out. this started just after the warranty ran out so is this a fix you can do at home, or will it have to go back to dealer.

thanks for any help you have.

I would suggest taking your vehicle to the dealer instead of trying to fix the problem at home.

If you have a floor shift like my impala the wire on the shift lever is breaking off in the plug, on the impala it requiers removing the center console to get at it.
