Squirt some type of thin oil through the valve spring so it hits the top of the valve guide. ATF , Marvel Mystery oil, or a good penetrating oil. Lwt it soak over night. Try to not turn the valve. It is unusual for an exhaust to stick, more common for intakes.
Tap it down or try to pry it up carefully.
The exhaust will not hit the piston like an intake will.
This can happen with any type of gas. If it frees up pour some thin oil through the carburetor with the engine running to lube the lower part of the valve stem.

We, the Wisconsin Region, Viking Region and Packerland Region members will be staying at the Best Western Confrence Center ....be there the nights of Fri. Aug 26 and 27.

the exhaust valve is at an angle and the intake is straight up and down.
