VCCA Home Forums TECHNICAL - 1945 AND EARLIER 1933-1936 1934 chevy truck Transmission "HELP"

Hello I was wondering if anyone can help me out. I have a 1934 chevy 1/2 ton truck. i bought a 207 engine with trans to put in it. The Trans is Not a Sm420 it is a Borg Warner T-83-1 (3 speed). So what i need to finish this trans is the Shifter. I can't not find it any where, everyone tells me they never heard of this trans. So i was wondering if some one might have one laying around to buy or know of a place to look? Or can tell me if i can use another shifter from another Borg Warner trans to sub it for? Please Help … Thank You..
