First question:
I disassembled the wood floor and I have seen a greasing point.

Have I to grease it? How much grease takes it?

Second question:
Opening the cover of gearbox I see some gear tooth damaged.

Originally the hole that now has a grease fitting had a plug or Alemite fitting. Even though called a "grease fitting" in some Chevrolet literature the Alemite fittings were intended to use "heavy oil" instead of grease. Modern equivalent to heavy oil is 600 or SAE 160. So the answer is no grease should not be used in the universal joint housing but instead 1/2 pint (1/4 liter) of 600 weight oil. The same lubricant as in the transmission.

If the only damage is the partially chipped gear shown in the photo then the transmission can be used. However the mating gear lower in the transmission should be checked for damage before using it.

Thanks Chipper.
I think I found in Italy the oil 250w (for gearbox tractor).
Soon I will put it in gearbox.

Before receiving your response I have put a bit of grease in grease fitting.
Any problems?

Bye

The grease will be thinned by the oil that remains in the housing. Not likely a problem as long as the lubricant can get to the U-joint.

Good morning all.
I'm happy.
Finally I got the 250w Oil and ... miracle: all problems are have vanished.
There is no more the sound of clanking (dragging) on first gear and the second gear dont more pass in neutral.
All is ok.
Saluti dall'Italia.
