I would not want to venture a guess as to what causes the vibration. Knowing how the entire driveline angle is designed from the factory would be where I would want to start and that would include also the engine.

I have not seen that "pinion angle spec" listed anywhere, but, on a stock chassis, one could agree the angles would change, due to compressed engine/transmission mounts and rear spring dearching, due to wear and tear.
