Is a 2 door 1972 chevy suburban rare? Were there 4-door model suburbans that year?

The 1972 Suburbans had three doors. Two on the right and one one the left.

I remember when I had a 72 Suburban. I found out later after the boys were away from home that when they drove the Suburban and yelled fire drill they would leave someone standing because there was no door on the driver's side rear.
