This is my Great Great Grandma & Grandpa Elger and it was taken sometime in the late 20's here in Peoria. I believe the car he's touching up is a 1925 or 1926 Chevrolet Superior Sedan, but I'm not good at identifying those years. He was a Chevy guy, and his previous car was a 1919 490 touring.
