The accessories catalog show a script exhaust deflector as the only exhaust tip, but it is my understanding that the correct tips for the power pack cars were oval and shipped inside the trunk for the dealers to install. Can anyone verify this?

The power pac extensions were the stainless steel "kinda" oval jobs. They came installed on the tail pipes.
The accessory extension was the cast chrome with a bow=tie crest. If a dual exhaust kit was installed the cast type were used (if desired)
The exhaust actually exited below the extension and not through the oval on the power pac type.

Yes, that is what came with my car. Not sure if they are a reproduction, or originals. So how do I prove to a future judge that these were factory extensions on the power pack cars?

If you are being judged at a VCCA event, I would hope the judge would already be knowledgeable enough to know.
